How do I mute and un-mute myself as the facilitator?
Once on the call, navigate to the horizontal menu bar below the contact cards and the microphone icon that appears.
Click the microphone icon to mute it and a red line will appear through it to show it is muted and a notice will appear on the screen to confirm that you have been muted.
Click the microphone again to un-mute it and a notice will appear on the screen to confirm that you have been un-muted.
How do I mute and un-mute others?
Navigate to the bottom of the specific attendee contact card and click the microphone button, as per the instructions above.
